ATTORNEY WILLIAM E. FLENDER

William E. Flender is an owner of the Peet Law Group. He is originally from Cambridge, Massachusetts but has lived in Vermont since 2001. He is a 1999 graduate of the University of Maine. He received his Juris Doctor from Vermont Law School in 2007. While in law school, Will interned for the Vermont Legislature's Office of Legislative Counsel, the Vermont League of Cities and Towns, and the Burlington City Attorney's Office.

Prior to law school, Will worked for the Vermont Land Trust for several years. After graduating from law school, Will worked for three years at a law firm in Burlington, where he primarily focused on real estate and local zoning matters. Before joining the Law Offices of Fred V. Peet, P.C., Will served as Executive Director of the Mad River Path Association in Waitsfield, Vermont, where he worked with landowners and others to create public recreation trails.

Will joined the Law Offices of Fred V. Peet, P.C. in March 2016. He lives with his wife, Stacey, and two children in Burlington, Vermont.
