and sale agreement to determine what legal documents are required
to close the transaction. We will prepare the documents you must
bring to the closing and work with the buyer's attorney if there
are questions or concerns about your title.

matters you must be concerned with as the seller are the Deed, permits,
taxes and title insurance.
